FAQ

FAQ

1. Do I need to take all four supplements?

We'd suggest not taking all four every single day. A few of our blends share the same vitamins and minerals, and zinc in particular adds up: it's in Rise, Focus and Sleep, so all four together comes to more zinc in a day than we'd recommend. It won't do you any harm now and then, but it's not something to do daily.

The good news is you don't need to. Each one is made for a different part of your day, so most people rotate: Rise in the morning, Focus through the day, Calm in the late afternoon, Sleep before bed, picking whichever ones fit what they need at the time. Always stick to the dose on each pack and never double up.

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or managing a health condition, please check with your GP first. And Calm shouldn't be combined with antidepressants or anything else that affects serotonin.

2. Can I use the Rituo app without buying any supplements?

Yes. The app and your AI coach work as a standalone habit-building tool. Mood check-ins, guided rituals, and personalised prompts are all part of the app experience whether or not you ever buy a supplement. Your coach may suggest one of our products as optional support, but it's never required to use the app.

3. Can I take the supplements without using the app?

Yes. Each product works on its own, with dosage and usage instructions on the pack and on the relevant product page. The app is there to help you build a consistent routine around it, but it isn't a requirement for taking any of our supplements.

4. How much should I take, and when?

Each product has its own recommended daily dose, printed on the packaging and listed on its product page. As a general rule, take the stated dose once a day, at the time of day the product is designed for (Rise and Focus in the morning or midday, Calm and Sleep in the evening). Don't exceed the stated dose. Taking more than recommended won't improve results and may increase the risk of side effects.

5. Can I take Rituo supplements alongside my prescribed medication?

This depends on what you're taking. Some of our ingredients, particularly in Calm and Sleep, can interact with certain medications including antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs), sedatives, sleeping tablets, and blood thinners. Rise and Focus may contain natural caffeine sources that are worth considering if you're managing blood pressure or already have caffeine elsewhere in your day.

We'd always recommend checking with your GP or pharmacist before starting, especially if you're on any prescribed medication.

6. Is it safe to take Rituo if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

We'd recommend speaking to your GP or midwife before taking any of our supplements if you're pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding. This applies across all products.

7. What if I miss a dose?

Just resume your normal dose at the next scheduled time. Don't double up to make up for a missed dose. This is not medication and does not need to be taken daily.

8. Will I feel the effects straight away?

Some people notice a difference quickly, others find the benefit builds over a few weeks of consistent use. Our supplements are designed to support a daily ritual rather than act as an instant fix, so we'd recommend giving a product at least 2 to 4 weeks of regular use before deciding whether it's working for you.

9. What should I do if I have a reaction to a product?

Stop taking it straight away. Mild effects, such as changes in digestion or alertness, can happen when introducing any new supplement and usually settle quickly. If you have a more significant reaction, stop use and speak to your GP. If it's severe, seek urgent medical attention.
